Steps for making golf booking or reservation

1.  Review and select a golf package. Choose the preferred golf package by sending us your preferences to golf@golftripmalaysia.com or use 'contact us' form.  You will then receive a draft itinerary reply with details including price for your review.

2.  Confirm and finalize the itinerary golf package.
The itinerary will be reviewed and modified to your requirements with further email correspondences until package is confirmed.

3.  Full payment or 30% of total package price required for booking.
After package is confirmed and to guarantee Tee-time, you can make payment using the following options;
(i) Bank wire T/T transfer to "Malayan Banking Berhad or MAYBANK (at KL main), Golf Trip Asia (beneficiary), Act# 514011008101, Swift code "MBBEMYKL",
(ii) PayPal - send money to "golf@golftripmalaysia.com" or request an email link via PayPal for online credit card payment,
(iii) Western Union - personal fund transfer to our company.
(Note: A surcharge of 3.9% will be added for online credit card payment via PayPal option (ii) above)

4.  Balance of 70% to be paid 14 days prior to traveling/arrival date.
We will email you a reminder to make the balance of 70% payment 14 days prior to arrival / traveling date.  A confirmed itinerary will be send to you for your reference.

Terms and Conditions

1.  Normal booking to be made at least 20 days prior to date of traveling.  You may also email us for last minute booking.
2.  Non-golfers are not permitted on the golf courses, and proper attire (collared T-shirts, knee-length shorts or long pants, and soft-spikes shoes) is compulsory on all golf courses.
3.  We, Golftripmalaysia.com reserves absolute rights, without liability, to change the package price / itinerary / any items (including canceling this package) without prior notice.
4.  Confirmation of booking (rooms, tee-off time and ground arrangement) is subject to the availability of the hotels / golf courses,  guides and  transportation, and charges at the discretionary of Golftripmalaysia.com
5.  Deposit or any payment amount is non-refundable once booking is done and following cancellation charges applies depending on date of notification received and acknowledged - 50% if more than 15 days prior to date of arrival, 75% if within 6~14 days prior to departure, 100% if less than 5 days notice or no show.
6.  Valid golf handicap card is to be produced upon request by golf courses.  For players without handicap card, the golf course reserves the right to stop any players from golfing should they find incompetence.
7.  Golfers must adhere to the rules and regulations of Golftripmalaysia.com, including the respective properties; golf clubs, hotels and resorts, and vehicles of transfers. 
8.  No rain-checks in case of bad weather and accordance to the rules set by the respective golf clubs.  Ground transfers, buggy fee, caddy fee, insurance and accommodation, are non-refundable.
9.  Goltripmalaysia.com or any of its agents or employees shall not be held liable to any party for loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered in relation to participation or non-participation of this package for; - any loss or damage to the property or injury to any person by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act, - any inconvenience or mental distress, or other similar matter, any delay in departure, pick-up time or tee-off time, - any cancellation or double booking of reservations, - any war or threat of war, terrorist or threat of terrorist activity, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, industrial disputes or strikes, natural disasters, act of God, technical problems with transportation, closure of roads, quarantine, adverse weather conditions, governmental actions, or other circumstances held.
